＜お客様都合による返品・交換＞

• レッスン開始前：当校のキャンセルポリシーに従ってキャンセルが可能です。

• レッスン開始後：サービス提供開始後の返金はできません。

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

• Before lesson start: Cancellations follow the school’s cancellation policy.

• After lesson start: Refunds are not available once the lesson has begun.

＜不良品・サービス不備による返品・交換＞

当校の不備によりレッスン提供ができなかった場合、当校負担で振替または返金いたします。

Defective Service or Provider Error: If a lesson cannot be provided due to our error, we will reschedule or refund at our cost.

引き渡し時期（Delivery Times）

レッスンは予約された日時に提供されます。 Lessons are provided at the scheduled date and time.

支払い方法（Accepted Payment Methods）

• クレジットカード（Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB）

• 銀行振込   (Credit cards and bank transfers.

​

支払い時期（Payment Period）

クレジットカード決済は即時処理されます。 銀行振込は予約日から3日以内にお支払いください。

Credit card payments are processed immediately. Bank transfers must be completed within 3 days of booking.

販売価格（Price）

各コースページに税込価格を記載しています。 Prices are listed on each course page (tax included)

販売数量（Available Quantity）

特に記載がない限り、販売数量の制限はありません。 No quantity limits unless otherwise stated.
